【摘要】： 毛泽东的公安工作理论,是毛泽东将马克思列宁主义的普遍原理运用于中国公安保卫工作实际过程的光辉思想结晶,是他长期指导中国公安保卫工作伟大实践的经验总结。毛泽东关于公安工作的一系列论述已经成为毛泽东思想体系中的重要内容。今天,认真学习、深入研究毛泽东关于公安工作的重要论述,对我们进一步加强公安保卫工作具有重要意义,而且也有利于我们完整地、准确地理解毛泽东思想。本文理出了毛泽东公安工作理论的历史脉络,概述了毛泽东公安工作理论的主要内容,总结了毛泽东公安工作理论的基本特色,分析了毛泽东公安工作理论的当代价值。本文共计四章: 第一章,理顺了毛泽东公安工作理论形成和发展的历史脉络。主要有以下三个阶段:一是毛泽东公安工作理论的初步形成阶段。二是毛泽东公安工作理论的进一步丰富。三是毛泽东公安工作理论的艰难发展阶段。第二章,概述了毛泽东公安工作理论的主要内容。主要强调三个方面的内容:一是公安工作必须加强党的领导和监督,行使好人民民主专政重要工具的职能,解决了公安工作“是什么”的问题。二是公安工作必须走群众路线,依靠群众,发动群众,解决了公安工作“如何做”的问题。三是公安队伍建设一定要加强,建设一支强大的人民公安队伍,解决了公安工作“谁来做”的问题。第三章,总结了毛泽东公安工作理论的基本特色。主要总结了三个基本特色:一是毛泽东的公安工作理论充分反映出了唯物辩证法的思想光辉。二是毛泽东的公安工作理论体现了实事求是的科学精神。三是毛泽东的公安工作理论鲜明地反映出了马列主义的群众观点。第四章,分析了毛泽东公安工作理论的当代价值。主要从两个方面进行了分析:一是毛泽东公安工作理论在理论上的价值。二是毛泽东公安工作理论在实践上对当代公安工作的指导作用和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's theory of public security work is the brilliant thought crystallized by Mao Zedong's application of the universal principles of Marxism-Leninism to the actual process of China's public security work. It is a summary of his experience in guiding the great practice of China's public security work for a long time. Mao Zedong's series of expositions on public security work have become an important part of Mao Zedong's ideological system. Today, he is studying hard. Deeply studying Mao Zedong's important exposition on public security work is of great significance for us to further strengthen the public security work, and is also conducive to our complete and accurate understanding of Mao Zedong's thought. This paper analyzes the historical context of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work, summarizes the main contents of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work, and summarizes the basic characteristics of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. This paper analyzes the contemporary value of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. Chapter I, This paper straightens out the historical context of the formation and development of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. Chapter III, This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. Third, Mao Zedong's theory of public security work clearly reflects the views of the masses of Marxism-Leninism. Chapter 4th, This paper analyzes the contemporary value of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work. It mainly analyzes from two aspects: the first is the theoretical value of Mao Zedong's theory of public security work, and the other is the practical significance of the theory of public security work to contemporary public security.
