我国群体性事件形成、演化与防控机制研究

【摘要】： 在体制转型、经济转轨、结构调整的社会阶段,社会利益格局不断调整。由此,引发的社会矛盾和社会问题不断增多,群体性事件逐渐成为社会的一种常态。这不仅成为影响社会和谐的突出性问题,也成为学术界普遍关注的重要课题。目前,国内学术界对群体性事件进行了系统的探讨,就群体性事件的界定、类型、原因以及对策都作过一些深入的分析和研究。但从总体来看,国内学术界在研究方法和研究内容上,运用宏观解释的较多,建构方式的较少;结构分析的较多,过程分析的较少。在我国社会转型期,从结构视角分析群体性事件,可以说明我国群体性事件产生的社会条件和结构动因。从过程视角研究群体性事件,则能阐明事件发展过程中的影响因素和作用机理。不但具有理论意义,而且也具有一定的实践价值。本文结合我国社会转型期的结构特点,首先,在对群体性事件广义理解的基础上,分析了群体性事件产生的客观条件,通过构建“结构模型”来阐释群体性事件产生的结构动因。其次,提出群体性事件演化过程的“强化模型”,以此分析群体性事件由小到大的演化过程。最后,在此基础上提出了群体性事件的防控策略。这一研究框架和分析模型是对现有研究的补充和推进。综上所述,正确认识群体性事件的结构动因,探索其演化过程的规律,并有针对的提出群体性事件防控策略,对于维护社会稳定,构建和谐社会,意义重大而深远。因此,对群体性事件的研究已成为国内学术界一项新兴而又紧迫的课题。借助本文的研究,笔者期待能为我国群体性事件的研究贡献绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:In the social stage of structural transformation, economic transition and structural adjustment, the pattern of social interests is constantly adjusted. As a result, social contradictions and social problems are constantly increasing. Group events have gradually become a kind of normality in society, which is not only a prominent problem affecting social harmony, but also an important subject of general concern in academic circles. At present, the domestic academic circles have carried on the systematic discussion to the group event, has made some thorough analysis and the research on the definition, the type, the reason and the countermeasure of the group event. In the research methods and contents of domestic academic circles, there are more macroscopical explanations and less constructional methods, more structural analysis and less process analysis. In the period of social transformation in our country, the group events are analyzed from the perspective of structure. It can explain the social conditions and structural causes of mass events in China. To study group events from the perspective of process can clarify the influencing factors and mechanism in the course of event development, which is not only of theoretical significance, but also of theoretical significance. And also has certain practice value. This paper combines the structural characteristics of the social transformation period of our country, first of all, on the basis of a broad understanding of group events, it analyzes the objective conditions for the emergence of group events. The structure model is constructed to explain the structural motivation of group events. Secondly, the "strengthening model" of the evolution process of group events is put forward to analyze the evolution process of group events from small to large. On this basis, the prevention and control strategy of group incidents is put forward, which is a complement and advance to the existing research. To sum up, it is of great and far-reaching significance to correctly understand the structural causes of mass events, to explore the law of their evolution process, and to put forward prevention and control strategies for group events to maintain social stability and build a harmonious society. The study of group events has become a new and urgent topic in domestic academic circles. With the help of this paper, the author expects to contribute a little to the study of group events in China.
