刑事犯罪率影响因素的实证分析

【摘要】：通过对某监狱数百例犯罪分子的人口统计学特征、经济因素和入狱后的心理因素进行实证分析,结果发现文化程度、收入、恩格尔系数、聪慧性等对刑事犯罪罪犯的犯罪次数是否构成累犯有影响;罪犯的犯罪严重性对睡眠状况、乐群性、焦虑水平、心理健康有影响;罪犯的犯罪次数对自杀次数、焦虑水平、人际关系有影响;乐群性、暴力影响倾向、焦虑水平对犯罪后的悔罪态度有影响。建议加强对罪犯的心理干预,构建一系列的绩效评估体系和监狱综合管理系统等;加强法制宣传,降低犯罪率,改造刑事犯罪罪犯,维护社会的公平正义,建设社会主义法治国家。
[Abstract]:The demographic characteristics of a prison of hundreds of criminals, economic factors and psychological factors in prison for empirical analysis, the results showed that education level, income, Engel coefficient, whether the intelligence of the number of crimes of the criminal offenders constitute a recidivist crime serious influence; the level of anxiety on sleep status of criminals, warmth effect of psychological health, and; the number of crimes of Dutch act number, anxiety level, influence interpersonal relationship; social boldness, violence tendency, anxiety level had influence on crime repentance attitude. Suggestions to strengthen psychological intervention for criminals, build up a series of performance evaluation system and comprehensive management system to strengthen the prison; the publicity of legal system, reduce the crime rate, the transformation of criminal offenders, safeguard social fairness and justice, building a socialist country ruled by law.
