群体性事件的舆论危机及其引导

【摘要】：群体性事件是社会深层矛盾的反映。舆论引导,需注意其环境变化和传播特点,重视意见领袖的桥梁作用。舆论演变有其盛衰规律。群体性心理危机有相对剥夺感、社会挫败感、成败之内外归因、敌对意识、优势意见、匿名参与感、从众心理、自发规范等。群体舆论传播的信息系表层意识,它们具有三种信息流。其中的流言蜚语形成杂音,谣传有爆发、澄清和终结之时。舆论引导,需遵循第一时间、信息公开、依法处置、合理有效用警、刑案密侦等原则。设置议程,引导焦点事件的主音和杂音;建立群体性事件的泄洪机制,用法制来引导舆论,完善其长效机制。
[Abstract]:Group events are the reflection of deep social contradictions.Public opinion guidance, should pay attention to its environmental change and dissemination characteristics, pay attention to the role of the bridge of opinion leaders.The evolution of public opinion has its ups and downs.The group psychological crisis has the sense of relative deprivation, social frustration, internal and external attribution of success or failure, hostile consciousness, superiority opinion, anonymous participation, conformity psychology, spontaneous norm, etc.The information transmitted by mass public opinion is surface consciousness, and they have three kinds of information flow.The gossip forms a murmur, and rumors erupt, clarify, and end.Public opinion should follow the principles of the first time, information publicity, handling according to law, reasonable and effective police, secret investigation of criminal cases and so on.Setting the agenda, guiding the main voice and murmur of the focus event, establishing the flood discharge mechanism of the mass event, guiding public opinion with the rule of law, and perfecting its long-effect mechanism.
