青少年暴力犯罪的心理和人格因素辨析——以赵承熙、马加爵等大学生杀人案件为例

【摘要】：在青少年犯罪中,大学生实施的杀人伤害等暴力犯罪有明显增多的趋势。导致这类案件发生的原因很多,但犯罪人有缺陷的心理和性格因素占有重要的位置。而且,青少年的心理健康和性格缺陷问题不是孤立存在的。除了有天生的遗传等因素外,它们的形成还受到家庭和社会发展变革过程中多种因素的影响。其中,生活贫困和暴力文化对犯罪人危险心理和个性的形成有最直接的影响。这是我们预防和减少青少年暴力犯罪必须着力关注的问题。
[Abstract]:In juvenile delinquency, violent crimes such as homicide and injury committed by college students have an obvious increasing trend.There are many reasons leading to this kind of cases, but the defective psychological and personality factors play an important role.Moreover, adolescent mental health and personality defects do not exist in isolation.In addition to natural genetic factors, their formation is also influenced by many factors in the process of family and social development.Among them, the culture of living in poverty and violence has the most direct influence on the formation of dangerous psychology and personality.This is the problem that we must pay close attention to to prevent and reduce juvenile violent crime.
