手掌面不锈钢客体遗留印迹的显现研究

【摘要】:考察了手掌面不锈钢客体遗留印迹的直接显现和转移后再显现的方法体系。以Lab色彩模式为评价指标,研究了红菲罗啉、邻菲罗啉、TPTZ、苯基-2-吡啶基酮肟和PDT这5种试剂对手掌面不锈钢遗留印迹的显现效果。结果发现,对于手握不锈钢客体5 min以上的手掌印迹,使用5种试剂配方(其中任意一种)直接显色时,均可达到中等以上的分辨率。转移显现时,让手掌面按压在喷洒过30 g/L抗坏血酸的客体上1 min,再在客体上喷洒适量1 g/L的5种显色剂(其中任意一种),等待3 min后拍照固定,此法快速、灵敏、可靠,可将手掌上的不锈钢遗留印迹转移后成功显出。
[Abstract]:The method system of direct appearance and reappearance after transfer of stainless steel object on palm surface was investigated. The effects of red phenanthroline, o-phenanthroline TPTZZ, phenyl -2-pyridyl ketone oxime and PDT on the impression of stainless steel on palm surface were studied using Lab color model as the evaluation index. The results show that for the palm imprinting of the stainless steel object above 5 min, the medium resolution can be achieved by using five reagent formulations (any of them). When the transfer appears, the palm is pressed on the object sprayed with 30 g / L ascorbic acid for 1 minute, and then the appropriate amount of 1 g / L of 5 color developing agents is sprayed on the object (any one of them, waiting for 3 min and then photographed and fixed), this method is fast, sensitive, and reliable. The stainless steel marks on the palm can be successfully displayed after transfer.
