中国的收入差距与刑事犯罪

【摘要】：中国的收入差距与刑事犯罪存在着内在的逻辑关系,且前者对后者的影响具有非线性特征。从刑事案件规模来看,收入差距对刑事犯罪的影响具有"U"型曲线特征,即适度的收入差距将降低刑事犯罪率,而其进一步扩大则将带来后者的攀升;从刑事案件结构来看,收入差距显著地诱发了暴力型案件中的凶杀罪和伤害罪,以及财产型案件中的盗窃罪,且尤以盗窃案件所受到的影响为明显。缓和、消除收入阶层之间的矛盾,进而优化生存和生产环境,应以形成合理有序的收入分配格局为前提,而促进农民增收是关键。
[Abstract]:There is an inherent logical relationship between income gap and criminal crime in China, and the influence of the former on the latter is nonlinear. From the view of the scale of criminal cases, the influence of income gap on criminal crime has the characteristic of "U" curve, that is, the moderate income gap will reduce the criminal crime rate, and its further expansion will bring about the latter's rise; from the criminal case structure point of view, The difference of income induces the crime of murder and injury and the crime of larceny in the case of violence, especially the influence of the case of theft. To ease and eliminate the contradiction between income class and optimize the living and production environment, we should take the formation of a reasonable and orderly income distribution pattern as the premise, and promote the farmers' income increase is the key.
