警察院校学生射击学习评价方法的实验研究

【摘要】: 警察院校的射击教学是警察掌握适用于实战的射击技能的重要渠道,警察院校的射击教学在教学内容,教学方法,教学模式等方面不断探索发展的同时,教学评价方面却相对停滞,特别是在评价的核心学生学习评价方面更是相对滞后。学习评价具有诊断、导向、激励、反馈、教育等功能,在教学中的作用是非常的重要的。现阶段我国体育学习评价正在经历一场变革,射击教学作为警察院校警察体育教学的重要组成应适用体育学习评价,而射击教学的危险性、特殊性需要有其特色的学习评价,警察射击技能的实战性也需建立一个与实战性相适应的学习评价,因此,建立一个科学的、合理的警察院校学生射击学习评价方法具有一定的学术和实际价值。 本研究采用实验法,文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法,针对警察院校射击教学评价与教学其它方面脱节以及适用于实战的要求,在教学实验中运用这种学习评价方法,旨在进一步完善警察射击教学理论与实践。 实验研究表明: 1实验后,实验班和对照班在射击知识方面、在身体体能方面、在学习态度方面没有显著性差异。 2实验后,实验班和对照班在实弹射击焦虑方面有显著性差异,实验中三次实弹射击后的学生自评,对影响实弹射击的焦虑有很好的缓解作用。 3实验后,实验班和对照班在技能评分方面有显著性差异,射击技能评分评价对于射击技能的学习有显著的作用。 4实验后,实验班和对照班在射击精确度方面有非常显著性差异,用环值评价能更合理的评价射击精确度,促进学生射击精确度的提高,同时也使学生在射击动作学习时注意一致性和程序化,在实战中快速出枪,首发命中目标。
[Abstract]:Shooting teaching in police colleges is an important channel for the police to master the shooting skills suitable for actual combat. The shooting teaching in police colleges and universities is constantly exploring and developing in the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods, teaching modes, and so on. However, the teaching evaluation is relatively stagnant, especially in the evaluation of the core students' learning evaluation. Learning evaluation has the functions of diagnosis, guidance, motivation, feedback and education, and plays an important role in teaching. At the present stage, the evaluation of physical education learning in our country is undergoing a revolution. As an important component of the police physical education teaching in police colleges, shooting teaching should be applied to the evaluation of physical education learning. However, the danger of shooting teaching and its particularity need to have its own characteristics of learning evaluation. Therefore, it is of academic and practical value to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation method for students' shooting study in police academies. This research adopts the experimental method, the literature method, the investigation method and the mathematical statistics method, aiming at the disconnection between the evaluation of shooting teaching and other aspects of teaching in police colleges and universities, and the requirements applicable to the actual combat, this learning evaluation method is applied in the teaching experiment. The aim is to perfect the theory and practice of police shooting teaching. The experimental results show that: 1 after the experiment, there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in shooting knowledge, physical fitness and learning attitude. 2After the experiment, there was significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the aspect of live shot anxiety. 3After the experiment, there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the skill score, and the evaluation of the shooting skill score had a significant effect on the learning of the shooting skill. 4After the experiment, there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the shooting accuracy. The ring value evaluation can evaluate the shooting accuracy more reasonably and promote the improvement of the students' shooting accuracy. At the same time, it also makes students pay attention to consistency and procedure in the learning of shooting action.
