财产权利保护程度对社会稳定的影响分析

【摘要】：使用群体性事件参与来衡量社会稳定,利用世界银行发布的地区财产权利保护程度数据和CGSS(2010)数据考察了财产权利保护程度对社会稳定的影响。结果表明:地区财产权利保护程度越高,该地区民众群体性事件参与可能性越低。将样本进行分组回归后发现,提高地区财产权利保护程度可以降低感知权益侵犯个体参与群体性事件的可能性,对未感知权益侵犯个体参与群体性事件没有显著性影响;提高地区财产权利保护程度对高收入人群参与群体性事件没有显著性影响,但可以降低低收入人群参与群体性事件的可能性;提高地区财产权利保护程度对城镇居民参与群体性事件没有显著性影响,但可以降低农村居民参与群体性事件的可能性。
[Abstract]:The influence of the degree of property rights protection on social stability was investigated by using the regional property rights protection degree data published by the World Bank and CGSS2010 data. The results show that the higher the degree of property right protection, the lower the possibility of participation in mass events. After grouping the samples, it is found that improving the degree of property rights protection can reduce the possibility of perceived rights infringement individuals participating in group events, and have no significant effect on the non-perceived rights infringement individuals participating in group events. Improving the degree of property right protection has no significant influence on the participation of high income people in group events, but it can reduce the possibility of low income people participating in group events. Improving the degree of property right protection has no significant influence on the participation of urban residents in group events, but it can reduce the possibility of rural residents participating in group events.
