【摘要】：正湖北省襄阳市襄州区现有流动人口近10万人,面对流动人口发展的新态势,全区立足"一盘棋"服务管理的要求,在流动人口计生协会建设、区域协作、信息整合和关怀关爱留守流入儿童等工作方面进行了有益尝试,取得了明显成效。"十三五"开局之年,全区以优质服务为目标,以均等化服务、新农合异地结算和关爱留守儿童、流入儿童为切入点,落实"一二三四五"的工作措施,再鼓干劲,促进全区流动人口计生服务和管理工作继续提档升级。
