小型面包车传动系统阻力特性研究

【摘要】:汽车传动系参数是决定汽车动力性和经济性的关键,功率损失是衡量传动系统的一项重要技术指标,功率损失直接影响汽车整体效率、油耗和传动系统运转的稳定性,传动系统的功率损耗是汽车传动系统所受阻力的表现,本文首先在分析了小型面包车动力性检测的基本理论的基础上,选择了两种典型的小型面包车为试验车辆,分别进行了台架测试,通过对比测试结果,发现实验车与对标车存在较大的差距,通过对两种车辆传动系统的关键特性进行差异性分析,找出两种车辆传动系统特性的差异点,然后对产生差异的传动系主要部件进行改进研究,最后通过对改进前后整车性能的对比分析,验证了改进的有效性和实用性,相关结论可为提高小型面包车传动效率提供参考。本文主要研究内容如下:1.本文分析了小型面包车在正常行驶工况下所承受的外部阻力和内部阻力;构建了传动系统中主要部件的功损模型,分别分析了轴承与齿轮组啮合的功损。2.设计了传动系统能耗测试的方法:分别选取冷态、热态和磨合三种测试工况,在底盘测功机上使用转鼓驱动测试传动系阻力;选取了同级别的对标车型,并设置了合理的逐级拆解传动系统总成对比测试方案。3.利用目标车型与对标车型在不同工况下的阻力测试结果,发现在整车、拆蹄片以及断轴之后测得样车的阻力值均高于对标车型,说明样车的传动效率有巨大的提升空间,为目标车型明确了降阻方向。4.改进了小型面包车变速箱和后桥主要零部件特性。对试验车变速箱齿轮、轴承、润滑油、后桥加工形位公差和半轴游隙进行改进和试验,得到了优化的零部件精度和参数数据。
[Abstract]:The parameters of the automobile transmission system are the key to determine the power and economy of the vehicle, and the power loss is an important technical index to measure the transmission system. The power loss directly affects the overall efficiency, fuel consumption and the stability of the transmission system. The power loss of the transmission system is the manifestation of the resistance of the automobile transmission system. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the basic theory of the dynamic performance test of the minivan, two typical minivan are selected as the test vehicle. By comparing the test results, it is found that there is a big gap between the test vehicle and the contrasted vehicle. By analyzing the key characteristics of the two kinds of vehicle transmission system, we find out the difference points between the two kinds of vehicle transmission system characteristics. Then the improvement of the main parts of the differential transmission system is studied. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the improvement are verified by comparing the performance of the whole vehicle before and after the improvement. The relevant conclusions can provide a reference for improving the transmission efficiency of the minivan. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. In this paper, the external and internal resistance of minivan under normal driving condition is analyzed, the power loss model of main parts in transmission system is constructed, and the power loss of bearing and gear group meshing is analyzed respectively. The test method of energy consumption of transmission system is designed: selecting three test conditions of cold, hot and running-in, using drum drive to test the resistance of transmission system on chassis dynamometer, selecting the same level of standard vehicle, And has set up the reasonable step-by-step disassemblage transmission system assembly contrast test plan. 3. Based on the results of the resistance test of the target type and the standard type under different working conditions, it is found that the resistance value of the prototype is higher than that of the standard type after the whole vehicle, the removal of the hoof and the broken shaft, which indicates that the transmission efficiency of the prototype has a huge lifting space. The resistance reduction direction. 4. 4 was defined for the target vehicle model. The characteristics of main parts of gearbox and rear axle of minivan are improved. The gear of gearbox, bearing, lubricating oil, rear axle machining form tolerance and half shaft clearance were improved and tested, and the optimized parts precision and parameter data were obtained.
