【摘要】：正"心理沟通"讯问法是指在贿赂案件的讯问过程中,运用心理学原理,通过与犯罪嫌疑人的心理沟通、交流,在不欺骗犯罪嫌疑人、不通过暴力的手段让犯罪嫌疑人屈服的前提下,从心理上强化犯罪嫌疑人的自我悔罪意识,让其充分认识到自己行为的错误性,从而突破其心理防线,增加其供述动力,促使其如实供述的审讯方法。笔者在贿赂案件的查办领域提出"心理沟通"方法的运用,主要是基于以
