经济现代化与犯罪

【摘要】：改革开放以来形成的关于经济现代化与犯罪的多种理论观点中,"代价论"是比较有说服力的。这些年,我国犯罪率不断上升,经济现代化的发展是其原因之一。这里面既有市场经济方面的原因,也有经济结构方面的原因,还有对外开放方面的原因。要扼制犯罪不断上升,必须正确认识经济现代化与犯罪的关系,把发展市场经济与加强精神文明建设结合起来,同时解决贫富差距过大的问题。
[Abstract]:Among the theories on economic modernization and crime formed since the reform and opening up, the "cost theory" is more persuasive. In recent years, the crime rate in China has been rising, and the development of economic modernization is one of the reasons. There are reasons for market economy, economic structure and opening to the outside world. In order to curb the rising of crime, we must correctly understand the relationship between economic modernization and crime, combine the development of market economy with the construction of spiritual civilization, and solve the problem that the gap between the rich and the poor is too large.
