安全发展:全面建成小康社会的根本保障

【摘要】：全面建成小康社会是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要里程碑。全面建成小康社会的关键在发展。而安全发展,无疑是贯穿全面建成小康社会全过程的一条主线,它是全面建成小康社会的应有之义和根本保障。当前我国安全发展面临一系列严峻挑战,整体态势不容乐观,需要在总体国家安全观指导下,从思想先导、风险治理、体系搭建、法治保障、舆论引导和社会协同等方面扎实推进我国安全发展。
[Abstract]:Building a well-off society in an all-round way is an important milestone in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream. The key to building a well-off society in an all-round way lies in development. The safe development is undoubtedly a main line running through the whole process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and it is the proper meaning and fundamental guarantee of building a well-off society in an all-round way. At present, China's security development is facing a series of severe challenges, and the overall situation is not optimistic.
