应用乳状液膜分离检测尿液中毒品的研究

【摘要】: 对涉嫌吸毒人员体液中滥用药物进行可靠的分析是禁毒工作中的关键步骤,为公安机关预防和打击滥用药物犯罪提供有力的证据。由于社会的发展和科学技术的进步,现代分析仪器的普及和发展,使分析方法的灵敏度和准确度有了可靠保证。因此,分离方法的可靠性、兼容性、选择性已成为制约分析化学发展的瓶颈因素。在对体液中滥用药物分析过程中,由于基质的复杂性,被分析物质的不确定性、微量性,对分离方法的可靠性、兼容性、选择性提出了更高的要求。因此好的分离方法是确保鉴定结论正确的必要条件之一。为了探索更加经济、高效、快速的提取方法,本研究应用近年来出现的乳状液膜,探索建立了适合提取尿液中常见滥用药物的经济实用、对人体无害、对实验室环境无污染、无需浓缩、可循环利用的液膜体系并建立了相应的萃取分析方法。 本研究优化制膜方法和萃取条件,应用最佳萃取条件对尿液中添加的甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine)、氯胺酮(Ketamine)和吗啡(morphine)进行萃取检验。与高效毛细管电泳技术联用,测得这种方法对甲基苯丙胺(MA)、氯胺酮(K)和吗啡的回收率。 研究结果发现,这种提取方法具有很强的提取净化效果,并具有很好的富集效果,能够对尿液中痕量的甲基苯丙胺(MA)、氯胺酮和吗啡进行提取。
[Abstract]:The reliable analysis of drug abuse in body fluid of suspected drug users is a key step in drug control work and provides strong evidence for public security organs to prevent and combat drug abuse crimes. With the development of society and the progress of science and technology and the popularization and development of modern analytical instruments, the sensitivity and accuracy of analytical methods are guaranteed reliably. Therefore, the reliability, compatibility and selectivity of separation methods have become the bottleneck factors restricting the development of analytical chemistry. In the process of drug abuse analysis in body fluid, due to the complexity of matrix, uncertainty and trace of substance being analyzed, higher requirements for reliability, compatibility and selectivity of separation methods are put forward. Therefore, a good separation method is one of the necessary conditions to ensure the correct conclusion of identification. In order to explore a more economical, efficient and rapid extraction method, this study applied the emulsion liquid membrane which appeared in recent years to explore the establishment of a suitable extraction of commonly abused drugs in urine, which is economical and practical, harmless to human body, and no pollution to the laboratory environment. The liquid membrane system can be reused without concentration and the extraction analysis method is established. In this study, the membrane preparation method and extraction conditions were optimized. The methamphetamine (methamphetamine), ketamine (Ketamine) and morphine (morphine) were extracted and determined by the optimum extraction conditions. The recoveries of methamphetamine (MA), ketamine (K) and morphine were determined by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). The results showed that this method had a strong purification effect and a good enrichment effect. It could extract trace methamphetamine (MA), ketamine and morphine from urine.
