戒毒所基层干警的安全感与工作-家庭冲突对工作倦怠的影响

【摘要】:[目的]了解强制戒毒所基层干警的工作倦怠情况,探究干警工作倦怠与安全感及工作-家庭冲突的关系。[方法]采用工作倦怠量表、安全感量表、工作-家庭冲突量表,对云南红河州强制戒毒所基层干警按倒班时间分三次进行随机抽样调查,共调查72名干警,收回有效问卷68份,有效率为94%。工作倦怠量表有三个维度(情绪耗竭、去个性化、职业效能);安全感量表有两个维度(人际安全感和确定控制感);工作-家庭冲突量表有两个分量表(工作干扰家庭分量表和家庭干扰工作分量表),每个分量表各有三个维度(行为方式、心理资源、情绪情感)。以性别为自变量,对工作倦怠、安全感、工作-家庭冲突各维度进行独立样本t检验;对工作倦怠与安全感、工作-家庭冲突的相关性进行分析;以工作倦怠为因变量,人际安全感、确定安全感、工作干扰家庭、家庭干扰工作四个因子为自变量,进行多元逐步回归分析。[结果]38.2%、17.7%和14.7%的干警分别处于轻度、中度和重度倦怠,其余干警处于正常水平。干警人际安全感得分为3.4±0.8,确定控制感得分为3.1±0.9。工作-家庭冲突量表中,工作干扰家庭量表得分为2.3±0.7,干扰程度较重;家庭干扰工作量表得分1.5±0.5,干扰程度相对较轻。男警在工作倦怠量表的情绪耗竭维度得分以及工作-家庭冲突量表得分上均高于女警,在工作倦怠量表的职业效能维度上得分低于女警(P0.05)。安全感量表中人际安全感得分越高,则情绪耗竭得分越低(r=-0.26,P0.05)、去个性化得分越低(r=-0.39,P0.01)、职业效能得分越高(r=0.45,P0.01);安全感量表中的确定控制感得分越高,则去个性化得分越低(r=-0.32,P0.01),职业效能得分越高(r=0.34,P0.01)。工作-家庭冲突量表中的工作干扰家庭分量表和家庭干扰工作分量表的得分越高,则情绪耗竭得分均越高,去个性化得分均越高,职业效能得分均越低(均P0.05或P0.01)。工作干扰家庭和人际安全感对于工作倦怠的回归方程为:工作倦怠=40.706+0.498×工作干扰家庭-4.726×人际安全感(F=23.2,P0.001,R2=0.424),工作倦怠差异的42.4%可由工作干扰家庭和人际安全感的变化来解释。[结论]戒毒所基层干警普遍存在工作倦怠,男警的工作倦怠程度高于女警。人际安全感低、工作干扰家庭程度高会加剧干警的工作倦怠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between job burnout and sense of security and work-family conflict. [methods] using job burnout scale, sense of security scale, work-family conflict scale, we investigated 72 policemen in Honghe compulsory Drug treatment Center in Yunnan Province. 68 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective rate was 94. Job burnout scale has three dimensions (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, Job efficacy); sense of security scale has two dimensions (interpersonal sense of security and deterministic sense of control); work-family conflict scale has two subscales (work interference family component and family interference work component), each subscale has There are three dimensions (behavior patterns, Psychological resources, emotions) Using sex as independent variable, the independent t-test was performed on the dimensions of job burnout, sense of security, work-family conflict; the correlation between job burnout and sense of security, work-family conflict was analyzed; and the dependent variable was job burnout. The factors of sense of security, work interfering family and family interference were determined as independent variables, and multivariate stepwise regression analysis was carried out. [results] 38.2% and 14.7% of the policemen were in mild, moderate and severe burnout, while the rest were at normal level. The interpersonal sense of security score of police officers was 3.4 卤0.8, and the control sense score was 3.1 卤0.9. In the work-family conflict scale, the score of work-family disturbance scale was 2.3 卤0.7, the degree of interference was serious, and the score of family interference workload table was 1.5 卤0.5, the degree of interference was relatively light. The scores of emotional exhaustion dimension and work-family conflict scale of male policemen were higher than that of female policemen, and the scores of job burnout scale were lower than that of female policemen (P0.05). The higher the interpersonal sense of security score in sense of security scale, the lower the score of emotional exhaustion (r-0.26), the lower the score of depersonalization (r-0.39, P0.01), the higher the score of professional efficacy (r 0.45, P0.01), the higher the score of deterministic control in sense of security scale, the higher the score of deterministic control in sense of security scale, the lower the score of depersonalization (r-0.39, P0.01), and the higher the score of professional efficacy (P 0.01). The lower the score of depersonalization (r-0.32, P0.01), the higher the score of professional efficacy (RV 0.34, P0.01). The higher the score of work-family conflict scale, the higher the score of emotional exhaustion, the higher the score of depersonalization and the lower the score of occupational efficacy (P0.05 or P0.01). The regression equation for job burnout between job disturbance family and interpersonal sense of security was: job burnout = 40.706 0.498 脳 job interference family-4.726 脳 interpersonal sense of security (F23.2P0.001R20.424). 42.4% of the difference in job burnout could be explained by the changes of job disturbance family and interpersonal sense of security. [conclusion] Job burnout is common in primary police officers in drug treatment centers, and the degree of job burnout of male policemen is higher than that of female policemen. Low interpersonal sense of security and high degree of interference with family may exacerbate job burnout.
