从“安全奥运”到“安全北京”

【摘要】：正 城乡安全减灾危机事件的复杂性及多元性,逼使人们思考如何把"安全北京"落到实处国家安全生产监督管理总局发言人前不久表示,2009年要通过大力开展"安全生产年"活动,实现"三个压下来"。一是要坚决把重特大事故压下来;二是要坚决把事故总量压下来;三是要坚决把伤残人数压下来。该发言人还例举了一系列指标,并强调要形成安全生产工作齐抓共管的强大合力。
[Abstract]:The complexity and diversity of urban and rural safety and disaster reduction crisis events have forced people to think about how to put "safe Beijing" into practice, a spokesman for the State Administration of production Safety said not long ago. In 2009 to vigorously carry out "production safety year" activities, to achieve "three pressure down." First, we must resolutely suppress serious and serious accidents; second, we must resolutely press down the total number of accidents; and third, we must resolutely suppress the number of disabled people. The spokesman also cited a series of indicators and stressed the need to form a strong joint effort to work safety.
