浅析涉案房地产价格鉴证方法的应用

【摘要】：正在刑事、民事等案件中,经常需要对涉案房地产进行价格鉴证。如何做好涉案房地产价格鉴证,笔者认为关键是价格鉴证方法的灵活应用。本文对涉案房地产价格鉴证的基本方法进行了说明,并依据涉案房地产的性质、特点及价格鉴证目的,对涉案房地产价格鉴证方法的应用作了探讨。
[Abstract]:In criminal, civil and other cases, the real estate involved is often subject to price verification. How to do a good job in real estate price identification, the author believes that the key is the flexible application of price authentication methods. This paper explains the basic methods of the real estate price identification, and discusses the application of the real estate price identification method according to the nature, characteristics and purpose of the real estate price identification.
