2001-2006年厦门市未成年人犯罪状况——法院审判的视角

【摘要】：正一、从犯罪趋势看,犯罪数量上升2001至2006年,厦门市两级法院共审理未成年刑事案件999件判处未成年罪犯1311人,占同期刑事案件总数的7.8%,占判处罪犯总数的9.9%(见图表1)。未成年人犯罪呈现上升趋势,年均增长率达24%(见图表2)。2006年未成年刑事案件升至276件,与2003年比增长206.7%,未成年罪犯人数升至386人,与2003年比增长286%。未成年人犯罪数量迅猛上升,令人堪忧。
[Abstract]:First, judging from the trend of crime, the number of crimes rose from 2001 to 2006. In Xiamen, the two levels of courts tried 999 minor criminal cases and sentenced 1311 minor criminals, accounting for 7.8 percent of the total number of criminal cases in the same period. This represents 9.9 per cent of the total number of offenders sentenced (see chart 1). Juvenile delinquency shows an increasing trend, with an average annual growth rate of 24 percent (see chart 2). In 2006, the number of minor criminal cases rose to 276, an increase of 206.7 compared with 2003, the number of juvenile criminals rose to 386, and the number of juvenile criminals increased by 2866 compared with 2003. The rapid increase in the number of juvenile delinquency is worrying.
