预防耳聋青少年团伙犯罪的教育对策研究

【摘要】: 随着社会经济的高速发展及人类文明水平的不断提高,如何提高残疾人的受教育水平和生活质量已成为全世界共同关注的一个课题。近年来,耳聋青少年群体因为盗窃、抢劫等犯罪问题时常见诸报端,他们作为残疾人群体中的一部分已经引起社会广泛关注。耳聋青少年作为社会弱势群体缘何走向犯罪道路呢?本文针对耳聋青少年群体中出现的团伙犯罪的现象进行了研究和分析,总结了耳聋青少年犯罪的特点,剖析了耳聋青少年犯罪的原因,最后提出了一些富有针对性的教育对策,以期对耳聋青少年的教育工作有所助益。 本文的研究共分为三个部分: 第一部分,是对耳聋青少年参与团伙犯罪的认知性分析,阐述耳聋青少年及团伙犯罪等相关概念。 第二部分,首先是对耳聋青少年参与团伙犯罪现象的综述,其次是对他们参与犯罪原因的研究分析。 第三部分,主要是针对耳聋青少年参与团伙犯罪的诱因,展开相关教育对策的探索性研究,并提出建设性意见。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of human civilization, how to improve the level of education and quality of life of the disabled has become a common concern of the world. In recent years, the deaf youth group because of theft, robbery and other criminal problems often appear in the press, they have been a part of the disabled group has caused widespread concern in society. Why do deaf teenagers, as a social vulnerable group, go to the road of crime? This paper studies and analyzes the phenomenon of gang crime in deafness youth group, summarizes the characteristics of deafness juvenile delinquency, analyzes the causes of deafness juvenile delinquency, and finally puts forward some relevant educational countermeasures. In order to help the deaf young people's education work. The research of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the cognitive analysis of deaf teenagers involved in gang crime and the related concepts such as deaf teenagers and gang crimes. The second part is a summary of the phenomenon of deaf teenagers involved in gang crime, and the second part is the research and analysis of the causes of their involvement in crime. The third part is mainly aimed at the inducement of deafness teenagers to participate in gang crime, to carry out the exploratory research on relevant educational countermeasures, and to put forward constructive suggestions.
