江苏省2008年新型毒品“冰毒”滥用监测资料分析

【摘要】：目的:了解江苏省2008年新型毒品"冰毒"的滥用流行情况。方法:采用国家药物滥用监测中心编制的《药物滥用监测调查表》,对2008年江苏省戒毒机构收治的和缉毒部门查获的"冰毒"滥用者进行问卷调查。结果:在1 029例"冰毒"滥用者中,男性占82.70%,女性占17.30%。平均年龄(29.73±7.32)岁,其中男性年龄(30.81±7.10)岁,女性(24.55±6.03)岁;男、女不同性别组的25岁以下年龄者分别占25.14%、65.73%,差异具有显著性(P0.01)。药物滥用者中初中及高中(中专/技校)文化程度者占79.01%,未婚者占52.58%,无业者占72.79%;男、女不同性别组娱乐场所从业人员分别占1.76%、16.85%,差异具有显著性(P0.01)。"满足好奇感"(64.92%)是滥用药物的主要原因。"同伴提供"(65.60%)和"娱乐场所"(30.81%)是获得"冰毒"的主要渠道,"暂住地/宾馆/租住房"(51.41%)是滥用药物的主要场所。52.28%的被调查者的平均月耗费在2 000～8 000元。64.33%"冰毒"滥用者为单一滥用者,滥用药物方式主要为烫吸(85.23%)。结论:本地区"冰毒"滥用者具有较为明显的人口学特征和药物滥用行为特征。针对"冰毒"滥用现状,需要加强对青少年(尤其女性)的预防教育工作,加强对"暂住地、宾馆、租住房"和"娱乐场所"的管理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of meth abuse in Jiangsu Province in 2008. Methods: the questionnaire of drug abuse monitoring was compiled by the National Drug abuse Monitoring Center. The questionnaire was conducted among the "meth" abusers who were admitted to Jiangsu detoxification institutions in 2008 and seized by the anti-drug department. Results: of the 1,029 meth abusers, 82.70 were male and 17.30 were female. The average age was (29.73 卤7.32) years, of which the male age was (30.81 卤7.10) years, the female was (24.55 卤6.03) years old; The percentage of male and female under 25 years of age was 25.14 and 65.73, respectively, with significant difference (P0.01). Among the drug abusers, 79.01 were middle school and high school (secondary / technical school), 52.58 were unmarried, 72.79 were unemployed; The number of entertainment employees in different sex groups was 1.76 or 16.85, the difference was significant (P0.01). " Satisfaction with curiosity "(64.92%) is the main cause of drug abuse." Peer offers (65.60%) and "places of entertainment" (30.81%) were the main sources of access to "meth", "temporary accommodation / guesthouse / rental housing" (51.41%) was the main place of drug abuse. 52.28% of the respondents spent an average of 2,000 RMB 8,000 yuan per month. 64.33% of the "meth" abusers were single abusers. The main form of drug abuse was scalding (85.23%). Conclusion: the demographics and drug abuse behaviors of meth abusers in this area are obvious. In view of the current situation of "meth" abuse, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and education of teenagers (especially women), and strengthen the management of "temporary places, hotels, rented houses" and "places of entertainment".
