浅析维护警察执法权威

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速发展和社会利益格局不断变化,涌现大量社会矛盾和社会问题,警察的职业所特有的强制性特征注定了警察工作总是会引起社会部分公众的不满,成为群众不满情绪的宣泄对象。近年来,警察在依法执行公务时遇到的困难和阻力越来越多,特别是遭到暴力阻挠,人身遭受围攻殴打呈频发势头。一些作案分子胆大妄为手段残忍,令人触目凉心,警察执法权威流失严重。本人希望通过本文为保护警察正当执法权益,重树警察执法权威提供一些建议,使警察执法顺利执行,切实履行警察职责,使得法律尊严得到切实维护、社会公平正义得到伸张。本文通过运用公共管理学和心理学相关理论,通过过程管理、比较法和事例法对维护警察执法进行阐述,并借鉴参考了相关理论成果。通过研究认为,改变警察执法屡屡受阻现状,重树警察执法权威是完全可以实现的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and the changing pattern of social interests, a large number of social contradictions and social problems have emerged. In recent years, the police have encountered more and more difficulties and resistance in carrying out their official duties according to law. Especially, they have been obstructed by violence and besieged and beaten frequently. Some criminals are ruthless and ruthless, and the authority of the police law enforcement is seriously lost. Through this article, I hope to provide some suggestions for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the police and re-establishing the law enforcement authority of the police, so that the police can carry out the law smoothly, carry out the duties of the police, and ensure that the dignity of the law can be safeguarded. Social equity and justice were served. Through the use of the relevant theories of public management and psychology, through the process management, comparative law and case law to maintain the police law enforcement, and reference to the relevant theoretical results. According to the research, it is possible to change the current situation of police law enforcement and re-establish the authority of police law enforcement.
