广东省监狱警察工作满意度调查及改善对策研究

【摘要】:1935年,美国学者霍波克(Hoppock)在自己执笔的《Job Satisfaction》一书中第一次提出了工作满意度这个概念。自此,开启了工作满意度研究的先河,之后,相关研究逐渐多了起来。众多的学者从不同的维度、不同的界面来研究这个问题。但是截至目前,针对监狱警察这一特殊群体开展的满意度调查却较少,因此,当前开展针对这一特殊群体的工作满意度研究,具有非常重大的意义。 本研究以广东监狱警察为研究对象,采用自编量表《广东省监狱警察工作满意度调查问卷》,对工作满意度问题开展深入探讨。 自编问卷有40个项目,通过项目分析,发现40个项目均有较高的鉴别度。然后通过探索性因素分析,删除2个项目,保留38个项目,最终得出结果,广东监狱警察的工作满意度影响因素有五个,分别为:个人发展、领导行为、团体合作、工作本身和工作动机。信度和效度的检验结果显示,本问卷达到了心理测量学的相关要求,问卷信效度良好,说明问卷的质量较好。 通过对调查数据的统计,广东监狱警察的工作满意度平均数得分为3.14,略高于理想均值3,表明广东监狱警察对目前的工作状态是持基本满意态度的,但满意度不高,有待进一步的提高。 最后,根据数据的统计结果,分析了产生目前现状的原因,并提出了一些有针对性的建议,以供相关部门参考。
[Abstract]:In 1935, American scholar (Hoppock) put forward the concept of job satisfaction for the first time in his book Job Satisfaction. Since then, the first job satisfaction study, after that, the related research has gradually increased. Many scholars study this problem from different dimensions and interfaces. But up to now, there are few investigations on the satisfaction of prison police as a special group. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the job satisfaction of this special group at present. This study takes Guangdong prison police as the research object, adopts the self-made scale < Guangdong prison police job satisfaction questionnaire], carries on the thorough discussion to the job satisfaction question. There are 40 items in the questionnaire, and the 40 items are identified by item analysis. Then through exploratory factor analysis, two items were deleted and 38 items were retained. Finally, the results showed that there are five factors affecting job satisfaction of Guangdong prison police, namely: personal development, leadership behavior, and group cooperation. Work itself and motivation. The results of reliability and validity test showed that the questionnaire met the requirements of psychometrics, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good, which indicated that the quality of the questionnaire was good. Through the statistics of investigation data, the average score of job satisfaction of Guangdong prison police is 3.14, which is slightly higher than the ideal average of 3, which indicates that Guangdong prison police have a basic satisfied attitude to the present work state, but not high satisfaction. Further improvement is needed. Finally, according to the statistical results of the data, the causes of the present situation are analyzed, and some pertinent suggestions are put forward for the reference of the relevant departments.
