论警察领导者的文化角色与境界

【摘要】：警察领导者的文化角色,指组织及其成员期望警察领导者在警察文化建设中所扮演的,与其身份、地位相称的角色或所应发挥的作用。优秀的警察领导者应当成为培育警察文化的"园丁",传播警察文化的"牧师",警察英雄精神的缔造者和传承创新警察文化的"接力者"。警察领导者的文化境界,主要指警察领导者的领导理念之层次和领导艺术之效果。包括警察领导者的哲学境界、管理境界和人本境界。
[Abstract]:The cultural role of a police leader refers to the role or role that the organization and its members expect the police leader to play in the construction of police culture commensurate with their status and status. Good police leaders should be "gardeners" to cultivate police culture, "priests" to spread police culture, the creators of police heroic spirit and the "relay" to inherit and innovate police culture. The cultural realm of the police leader mainly refers to the level of the police leader's leadership idea and the effect of the leadership art. It includes the philosophical realm, the management realm and the humanistic realm of the police leader.
