基于顶层设计的智慧反恐情报服务及保障研究

【摘要】：[目的/意义]反恐怖行动是国家公共安全工作的重点内容之一。公共安全大数据的发展对现有的反恐情报服务提出了更高的要求,也为反恐情报提供了新的研究方向。[方法/过程]引入顶层设计理念,在反恐情报研究基础上构建基于网格技术的泛在化、智能化和协同化的智慧反恐信息系统,并探讨了系统架构内容及智慧反恐情报服务的保障机制。[结果/结论]智慧反恐情报服务解决了政府部门存在的信息孤岛问题,为我国安全部门提供有效借鉴。
[Abstract]:Anti-terrorist action is one of the key elements of national public security. The development of public security big data puts forward higher requirements for the existing anti-terrorism intelligence service, and also provides a new research direction for anti-terrorism intelligence. [method / process] introduce the top-level design idea, construct the intelligence anti-terrorism information system based on the grid technology, which is universal, intelligent and cooperative. It also discusses the content of the system structure and the safeguard mechanism of intelligence service against terrorism. Results / conclusion: intelligent anti-terrorism intelligence service solves the problem of isolated information islands in government departments, and provides effective reference for the security services of our country.
