对我国户籍改革政策的反思

【摘要】：户籍改革的核心问题是民工市民化问题,不能只从老市民或城市经营的角度来设计,而应该惠及全民;解决民工问题的根本,不是对户籍简单的放开,而是一个全方位、深层次的渐进过程;同时要扭转下层市民民工化的倾向。
[Abstract]:The core problem of household registration reform is the citizen of migrant workers, which can not only be designed from the point of view of old citizens or urban management, but should benefit the whole people. The root of solving the problem of migrant workers is not the simple liberalization of household registration, but a comprehensive, deep-level gradual process, and at the same time reverse the tendency of the lower class citizens to become migrant workers.
