深化公安改革背景下地方公安院校职业教育问题研究

【摘要】：肩负普通高等学历教育和职业教育双重使命的地方公安院校,必须适应公安深化改革的新任务、新挑战,梳理与反思职业教育存在的问题。文章分析了公安院校职业教育的内涵,指出了地方公安院校的职业教育结构问题和地方公安院校职业教育人才培养方式存在的问题,提出了职业教育在地方公安院校的融合策略,以提高地方公安院校职业教育的质量与水平。
[Abstract]:Local public security colleges and universities, which shoulder the dual mission of general higher education and vocational education, must adapt to the new task and challenge of deepening the reform of public security, and sort out and reflect on the problems existing in vocational education. This paper analyzes the connotation of vocational education in public security colleges and universities, and points out the problems in the structure of vocational education in local public security colleges and the problems existing in the way of training talents in vocational education in local public security colleges and universities. In order to improve the quality and level of vocational education in local public security colleges, this paper puts forward the integration strategy of vocational education in local public security colleges.
