社区矫正人员收监执行检察监督的强化路径

【摘要】：社区矫正人员收监执行在实践中存在"异地提请"收监难度大、收监条件模糊、交付执行主体冲突、对暂予监外执行罪犯收监执行存在漏洞等问题,使检察监督难以落实。对此,应从完善规定、明确检察监督依据,加强检察监督组织保障,畅通信息渠道、加强基础工作,提高检察监督时效性等方面强化社区矫正人员收监执行检察监督。
[Abstract]:In practice, it is difficult for community correctors to bring them into custody in different places, the conditions of admission are vague, the main body of delivery is in conflict, and there are loopholes in the execution of prisoners' admission outside prison, which makes it difficult for procuratorial supervision to be carried out. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the regulations, clarify the basis of procuratorial supervision, strengthen the guarantee of procuratorial supervision organization, smooth the channels of information, strengthen the basic work, improve the timeliness of procuratorial supervision and so on, and strengthen the procuratorial supervision of community correctional personnel in prison.
