留守乡村社会治安秩序问题研究

【摘要】：我国目前大规模的工业化和城镇化进程,由于原有的城乡二元体制,造成了乡村的留守化和空洞化。在社会治安秩序方面表现为,一些新型弱势群体出现,成为社会治安秩序变迁中的易受害者;另外,一些破坏因素得到成长空间,一些新的违法犯罪形式开始出现。面对这一新的社会治安现实,加强国家对于制度规范的供给和农村警务建设、利用利益机制引导村民参与治安秩序重建等来再造乡村秩序已经迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:At present, the process of large-scale industrialization and urbanization in our country, due to the original urban-rural dual system, has resulted in the retention and cavitation of the countryside. In the aspect of social security order, some new vulnerable groups appear and become the easy victims in the change of social security order; in addition, some destructive factors are growing up, and some new forms of illegal crime begin to appear. In the face of this new reality of social security, it is urgent to strengthen the supply of institutional norms and the construction of rural policing, and to use the interest mechanism to guide villagers to participate in the reconstruction of public order.
