试析我国新闻媒体中的警察形象

【摘要】：警察,是国家机器的组成部分;警察的形象,在很多时候代表了政府的形象。但是,现实中有一些警察表现并不好,或者工作不到位,又使之成为了社会批评的目标。那么,我国的新闻传播媒介怎样处理这种矛盾,应该怎样客观、正确的把警察的形象呈现在公众面前呢? 出于这样的研究目的,本文采用内容分析法对《人民日报》、《南方周末》和《楚天都市报》中有关“警察”的报道进行了分析和研究。在理论方面,本文主要运用了霍尔的媒体再现观、新闻话语分析理论和受众的接受心理等相关理论,研究了当前最为媒体关注的几类涉警报道以及媒体报道对警察形象的影响。论文着重从负面报道中的话语倾向入手,分析警察负面形象的影响,研究其产生的原因,并从警察、媒体、受众三方的视角来分析负面形象产生的原因。论文认为警察形象危机好比一把双刃剑,如果处理不当,可能会使警察形象受到影响、导致公众对警察组织的不信任,严重的可能还会影响到社会的稳定发展;但是如果能找到适当的方法,化解警察、媒体与群众的内部矛盾的话,也可能使警民达到互相理解和支持,使警察在人民面前树立起勇于承担责任、积极改进工作、全心全意为人民服务的良好警察形象。在此基础上,论文提出了新闻媒体客观、求实地维护司法权威;拓宽舆论监督的职能,开展建设性批评;开通警民沟通的渠道等几点建议,希望能够从中找到媒体在呈现警察形象时的最佳方式,以促进社会的和谐发展。
[Abstract]:The police are an integral part of the state apparatus; the image of the police, in many cases, represents the image of the government. However, in reality, some police officers do not perform well, or the work is not in place, which makes it the target of social criticism. So, how to deal with this contradiction in the news media of our country, how to objectively and correctly present the image of the police in front of the public? For this purpose, this paper uses the content analysis method to analyze and study the reports about the police in People's Daily, Southern weekend and Chu Tian Metropolis Daily. In theory, this paper mainly uses Hall's view of media reproduction, news discourse analysis theory and audience acceptance psychology to study several types of police reports most concerned by the media and the influence of media reports on the police image. Starting with the discourse tendency in the negative report, this paper analyzes the influence of the negative image of the police, studies the causes of the negative image, and analyzes the causes of the negative image from the perspective of the police, the media and the audience. The paper holds that the crisis of police image is like a double-edged sword, if handled improperly, it may affect the image of police, lead to public distrust of police organization, and may also affect the stable development of society. However, if we can find appropriate ways to resolve the internal contradictions between the police, the media and the masses, it may also enable the police to achieve mutual understanding and support, and enable the police to establish a good police image in front of the people who have the courage to take responsibility, actively improve their work, and serve the people wholeheartedly. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as the objective and realistic maintenance of judicial authority by the news media, the widening of the function of supervision by public opinion, the development of constructive criticism, and the opening of channels of communication between the police and the people, hoping to find the best way for the media to present the image of the police in order to promote the harmonious development of society.
