【摘要】：目前,我国高校法学教育实践教学还存在很多的问题,教学效果也不甚理想。在高校法学专业人才培养目标指导下,通过构建高校法学教育实践教学体系,并采取多种方法确保其运行效果,能够有效促进高校法学教育教学模式与内容改进,达成"基础、实践、能力、素质"的实践教学目标,最终培养出更多适合社会经济发展需求的高素质法律专业人才。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still a lot of problems in the practice teaching of law education in Colleges and universities in China, and the effect of teaching is not very ideal. Training target guidance in the legal professional talents in Colleges and universities, through the construction of the teaching system of legal education in Colleges and universities, and adopt various methods to ensure the operation effect, can effectively promote the legal education in Colleges and universities in the teaching mode and content improved, reached a "basis, practice, ability and quality of the final goal of teaching practice, cultivate more suitable for the needs of social and economic development the quality of legal professionals.
