【摘要】：正一、作者生平及全书梗概法学原始文献和文学原始文献从来都是西方学者研究罗马法的两个支撑,在后一类文献中,被利用得最多的之一是奥鲁斯·杰流斯(125-180年)的《阿提卡之夜》(Noctes Atticae),它发表于159年,凡20卷,完整保留8卷,其他卷片断性保留,只有第18卷完全佚失。作者奥鲁斯·杰流斯(125-180年)出生于罗马,时值阿德里亚努斯皇帝统治时期,此时的雅典已成为罗马帝国的一个自治市,不复为希腊世界的领袖,在那个时候,留学雅典对于罗马人如同留学美国对于中国人,是一种时尚。
