农业院校法学本科教育特色办学的思考

【摘要】：在高等法学教育体系中,农业院校的法学教育与其他政法类、综合类院校相比,不具有学术、科研等方面的优势。因此,农业院校的法学教育要发展壮大、增强自身的竞争力就必须根据自己的传统、特色、优势以及经济社会发展的需求进行科学定位,实施特色办学,开展包括课程设置、教学内容、教学方法与手段等方面的教学改革。
[Abstract]:In the system of higher law education, the law education of agricultural colleges does not have the advantages of academic and scientific research.Therefore, in order to develop and strengthen the legal education of agricultural colleges and universities, it is necessary to carry out scientific positioning according to their own traditions, characteristics, advantages and demands of economic and social development, to carry out characteristic schools, and to carry out courses including courses.Teaching content, teaching methods and means of teaching reform.
