【摘要】：法律是一种精神产品,它的诞生与发展会受到特定物质基础的制约。若要正确把握法律在现代社会的存在与发展状况,就须全面系统地分析法律与自然资源基础、经济科技结构与发展水平、社会资源基础等要素间的相互关系,即对一个国家法律诞生与发展的物质基础做全景式考察。
[Abstract]:Law is a kind of spiritual product, its birth and development will be restricted by specific material basis.If we want to correctly grasp the existence and development of law in modern society, we must analyze the relationship between law and natural resource foundation, economic and technological structure and development level, social resource base, etc.Namely, to a country's legal birth and development of the material basis of a panoramic investigation.
