【摘要】：正法治是世界各国成功迈向现代化的通用密码,而掌控中国未来这一密码的是青年。青年强则中国强,青年法治则中国法治。打造法治青年群体,要处理好三个关系,提升三种能力:一是处理好软与硬的关系,提升以道德滋养法治的能力;二是处理好上与下的关系,提升以良法引领法治的能力;三是处理好动与静的关系,提升以行动践行法治的能力。一、以道德滋养法治"礼法合治,德主刑辅"是中国古代治国理政的精髓。然而这个祖传的"压舱之宝"却长时间躺在历史
[Abstract]:The rule of law is the universal password for the world to succeed in modernizing, and it is the young people who control the future of China.China will be strong when young people are strong, and China will rule by law by youth rule of law.To build a group of young people ruled by law, we should deal with three relationships and enhance three abilities: one is to deal well with the relationship between soft and hard, to promote the ability to nourish the rule of law by morality, the other is to deal well with the relationship between top and bottom, and to enhance the ability to lead the rule of law by good law.Third, to deal with the relationship between active and quiet, to enhance the ability to practice the rule of law by action.First, morality nourishes the rule of law, which is the quintessence of Chinese ancient governance.But this ancestral "ballast treasure" has been lying in history for a long time.
