习近平法治中国建设思想及其时代价值

【摘要】：十八届四中全会公报集中反映了习近平对依法治国、建设法治中国和提升党的国家治理能力治理体系的思考和提炼,为我国的法治建设指明了方向。文章在分析习近平建设法治中国思想的时代背景基础上,梳理了其建设法治中国思想的精神体系,并剖析了其时代特点和当代价值,以期为当下法治中国建设和研究习近平法治思想提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The communique of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee reflects Xi Jinping's thinking and refining of governing the country according to law, building a country ruled by law and improving the party's ability to govern by law, and points out the direction for the construction of the rule of law in our country. On the basis of analyzing the background of Xi Jinping's construction of China's thought of ruling by law, this paper combs the spiritual system of Xi Jinping's construction of China's thought of ruling by law, and analyzes the characteristics of his times and its contemporary value. In order to provide reference for the construction and study of Xi Jinping's rule of law in China.
