领导干部如何正确处理法治语言与法治思维的关系

【摘要】：正随着我国法治进程的不断推进,党和国家对法治思维特别是领导干部的法治思维有了越来越明确的要求。2010年10月,国务院印发了《关于加强法治政府建设的意见》,首次提出行政机关工作人员特别是领导干部要"切实提高运用法治思维和法律手段解决经济社会发展中突出矛盾和问题的能力"的要求。2012年11月,党的十八大报告进一步强调,要提高领导干部运用法治思维和法治方式深化改革、推动发展、化解矛盾、维护稳定的能力。这是对领导干部贯彻落实依法治国基本方略的新要求和新期待。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of the process of rule of law in our country, the Party and the state have more and more clear requirements for the rule of law thinking, especially for the leading cadres. The State Council issued the "opinions on strengthening the Construction of a Government governed by Law", and for the first time proposed that the staff of administrative organs, especially leading cadres, should "conscientiously raise and apply the thinking of the rule of law and legal means to solve outstanding contradictions in economic and social development." And the issue of capacity "... in November 2012, The report of the 18th CPC National Congress further stressed the need to improve the ability of leading cadres to use the rule of law thinking and methods to deepen reform, promote development, resolve contradictions, and maintain stability. This is a new requirement and expectation for leading cadres to implement the basic strategy of governing the country according to law.
