法律硕士教育:全球发展与中国展望

【摘要】：Master of Laws(法律硕士)是在英美普通法国家发展起来的法学高等教育学位教育项目,具有推动法学教育专门化和国际化的重要功能,已经在全球范围内获得普遍认同。作为"中国走出去"大战略的组成部分,我国应适时发展法律硕士教育以应对法律全球化的挑战。目前中国法律硕士教育的发展应在行业规范的基础上积极争取成为国家认可的学位教育。
[Abstract]:Master of Laws( Master of Law) is a legal higher education degree education project developed in common law countries, which has the important function of promoting the specialization and internationalization of law education, and has been universally recognized in the world. As an integral part of China's "going out" strategy, China should develop the master of law education in time to meet the challenge of legal globalization. At present, the development of China's Master of Law education should be based on the industry norms and actively strive to become a nationally recognized degree education.
