中国开展法律外交的现状与发展趋势研究

【摘要】：随着世界多极化、经济全球化和国际法治化向纵深发展,开展法律外交有助于增强我国的硬实力、软实力和巧实力。自改革开放以来,我国对外交往不断取得新成绩。在法律外交领域,我国积极参加联合国、世界贸易组织等国际和区域组织,制定多边和双边条约,将部分外交问题转化为法律问题,有效化解外交纠纷。在民间外交中,中国法学会充分发挥学术外交、法律外交和民间外交的优势,成为我国开展法律外交的先锋践行者。展望未来,我国将以法律外交的方式更进一步参与全球治理,加强开展法律外交的综合实力,巩固法律外交的机制建设,推进法律外交的民间进路,为促进国家总体外交、推动和谐世界的建构做出新贡献。
[Abstract]:With the multipolarization of the world, the economic globalization and the international rule of law develop in depth, the development of legal diplomacy is helpful to strengthen the hard power, soft power and skillful power of our country. Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign exchanges have made new achievements. In the field of legal diplomacy, China actively participates in international and regional organizations such as the United Nations, the World Trade Organization and other international and regional organizations, formulates multilateral and bilateral treaties, converts some diplomatic issues into legal issues, and effectively resolves diplomatic disputes. In folk diplomacy, the Chinese Society of Law makes full use of the advantages of academic diplomacy, legal diplomacy and folk diplomacy, and becomes the pioneer practitioner of legal diplomacy in China. Looking forward to the future, China will further participate in global governance by means of legal diplomacy, strengthen the comprehensive strength of carrying out legal diplomacy, consolidate the institutional construction of legal diplomacy, and promote the folk path of legal diplomacy in order to promote the overall diplomacy of the country. To promote the construction of a harmonious world to make new contributions.
