【摘要】：正2012年11月25日,由浙江大学光华法学院主办的"法理学学科定位与教科书体系"青年论坛在杭州召开。来自浙江大学中国社会科学院法学所、中国人民大学、复旦大学、中国政法大学、西南政法大学、西北政法大学、山东大学、吉林大学、南京大学、厦门大学、上海交通大学等国内法学院校的近三十名青年法理学者出席了会议。会议开幕式由浙江大学法理与判例研究所所长陈林林教授
[Abstract]:On November 25, 2012, the Youth Forum on the orientation and textbook system of Jurisprudence, sponsored by Guanghua School of Law, Zhejiang University, was held in Hangzhou. From the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Zhejiang University, Renmin University of China, Fudan University, China University of political Science and Law, Southwest University of political Science and Law, Northwest University of political Science and Law, Shandong University, Jilin University, Nanjing University, Xiamen University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and other domestic law institutions of nearly 30 young legal scholars attended the meeting. The opening ceremony was opened by Professor Chen Linlin, Director, Institute of Jurisprudence and Jurisprudence, Zhejiang University
