法律论证适用的人工智能模型

【摘要】：法律论证适用的人工智能模型是"人工智能与法"研究的核心课题。经过近半个世纪的发展,基于人工智能技术的法律论证建模方法已经进入法律科学领域,运用这种方法可以建立多种规范模型,有助于人们识别、构造论证和比较、评估论证。文章主要从论证框架和论证语义两个层面探讨法律论证适用的人工智能模型。其中,论证框架相当于逻辑句法,关注论证的构造;论证语义相当于逻辑语义,关注论证的评价。
[Abstract]:The applicable artificial intelligence model of legal argumentation is the core subject of the study of artificial intelligence and law. With the development of nearly half a century, the modeling method of legal argumentation based on artificial intelligence technology has entered the field of legal science. Using this method, many kinds of normative models can be established, which is helpful for people to identify, construct demonstration and comparison, and evaluate demonstration. This paper mainly discusses the artificial intelligence model of legal argumentation from two aspects: argumentation framework and argumentation semantics. The argumentation framework is equivalent to logical syntax and pays attention to the construction of argumentation, and the argumentation semantics is equivalent to logical semantics and the evaluation of argumentation.
