社会治理法治化中的源头治理与道德机制建设

【摘要】：社会治理法治化是社会主义法治建设的重要内容,道德建设有助于增强法治的道德底蕴。现代化的社会治理要实现源头治理,实现标本兼治、重在治本的目标,必须从导致各种社会问题的根源着手。社会问题的根源都有某种程度的道德因素,道德分析揭示了源头治理与道德机制之间的必然联系。源头治理促进了道德机制的建设,道德机制建设保障了源头治理的实现。
[Abstract]:The legalization of social governance is an important part of the construction of socialist rule of law, and moral construction is helpful to strengthen the moral connotation of the rule of law. Modern social governance must start from the root causes of various social problems in order to realize the source management, achieve both the root causes and the root causes. There are some moral factors in the root of social problems, and moral analysis reveals the inevitable relationship between source governance and moral mechanism. Source governance promotes the construction of moral mechanism, and the construction of moral mechanism guarantees the realization of source governance.
