[Abstract]:Plaintiff (appellant): Yong Ying Hui Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.; defendant (appellee): Shanghai Xindian Lighting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xindian Company); Defendant (appellee): Zhang Changshun. On 13 February 2007, the plaintiff applied to the State intellectual property Office for a patent for a design called "BP9051", which was granted a patent on 23 January 2008. The plaintiff entrusted an agent, Chen Dianhu, to purchase the defendant Zhang Changshun's manufacture, sale, and sale by the defendant Xindian Company.
