【摘要】：正在这里,我准备讨论关于法治政府建设的两个问题:一是法治政府建设与依法治国的关系;二是四中全会确定的法治政府建设目标。第一个问题,法治政府建设与依法治国的关系。依法治国包括四大板块:法治国家、法治社会、法治执政党、法治市场和法治生态环境建设。要探讨法治政府建设与依法治国的关系,就必须探讨法治政府建设与这四大板块的关系。法治国家又包括科学立法、严格执法和公正司法三个主要
[Abstract]:Here, I am going to discuss two issues concerning the construction of a government ruled by law: one is the relationship between the construction of a government ruled by law and the rule of law, and the other is the goal of building a government ruled by law as set by the fourth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee. The first question is the relationship between the construction of government by law and the rule of law. Governing the country by law includes four parts: a country ruled by law, a society ruled by law, a ruling party ruled by law, a market ruled by law and the construction of an ecological environment governed by law. In order to explore the relationship between the construction of the government ruled by law and the rule of law, we must explore the relationship between the construction of the government by law and these four major plates. The rule of law country also includes three main parts: scientific legislation, strict law enforcement and fair administration of justice.
