新时代中国法治建设的基本问题（英文）

中国已经进入中国特色社会主义新时代,社会主要矛盾转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会报告明确提出,全面依法治国是中国特色社会主义的本质要求和重要保障,这是新时代对于法治认识的进一步深化。在法治层面,社会主要矛盾体现为人民群众对法治建设的期待与法治建设在立法、执法和司法等方面的发展尚不平衡不充分的现状存在一定的差距。新时代全面依法治国任务依然繁重。十九大报告绘制了新时代法治建设的宏伟蓝图,作为全面依法治国的指导思想和行动纲领,十九大报告进一步明确了新时代法治建设的价值取向、总体目标和重要任务,构建了全面依法治国的基本方略。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下,中国的法治建设将开启新的征程。
