在“公司法”教学中借鉴案例教学法的体会

【摘要】:案例教学法源于美国,是针对“系统式教学法”或称“讲授式教学法”而言,它强调利用教师选定的一系列典型案例,通过教学双方的共同参与,展开教学活动,实现教学目的。本文主要是结合教学实践,探讨在“公司法”教学中借鉴案例教学法的可行性、途径、作用和效果。在教学中,案例教学法和系统式教学法各有侧重和优势。如把两种教学方法的优势结合起来,可以使学生真切感受到现实生活中的法律,而不是死板的书面知识,激发他们的学习兴趣和参与意识,培养和提高他们的思辨能力。
[Abstract]:The case teaching method originated in the United States. It is aimed at "systematic teaching method" or "teaching method". It emphasizes the use of a series of typical cases selected by teachers to carry out teaching activities through the joint participation of both sides of the teaching. To achieve the purpose of teaching. This paper mainly discusses the feasibility, ways, functions and effects of the case teaching method in the teaching of Company Law in combination with teaching practice. In the teaching, case teaching method and systematic teaching method have respective emphasis and advantage. If the advantages of the two teaching methods are combined, students can really feel the law in real life, not rigid written knowledge, stimulate their interest in learning and participation consciousness, train and improve their speculative ability.
