[Abstract]:An Analysis of the Distribution system of Stock dividend of Modern Company Law Wang Xiansen is a widely used distribution method in the company distribution system of developed countries. By means of this method, the company can not only solve the problem of dividend distribution, but also adjust the capital structure of the company and cause the fluctuation of the equity structure among shareholders. Therefore, it is a modern company engaged in fierce market competition is indispensable.
