关于四川省现代企业制度试点中党的建设情况及其对策

【摘要】：文章对四川省现代企业制度试点单位的运作情况及存在的问题进行了广泛的调查和深刻的分析，并根据《公司法》和《党章》要求，对现代企业制度试点单位如何加强党的建设、党组织的地位和职责任务；党组织如何参与重大问题决策；企业政工干部的职责及配备；企业领导体制等问题提出了一些切实有效的对策。
[Abstract]:This paper makes an extensive investigation and deep analysis on the operation and existing problems of the pilot units of modern enterprise system in Sichuan Province, and according to the requirements of the Company Law and the Party Constitution, How to strengthen the party construction, the position and duty task of the party organization, how the party organization participate in the decision-making of the important problem, the duty and the disposition of the political worker cadre of the enterprise, how to strengthen the party construction, how to take part in the decision-making of the party organization; This paper puts forward some practical and effective countermeasures to the problems of enterprise leadership system.
