[Abstract]:On 29 December 1993, the Fifth meeting of the standing Committee of the eighth National people's Congress adopted the Company Law of the people's Republic of China, Promulgated by President Jiang Zemin by Presidential decree No. 16, the Company Law is an important part of the legal system of our country and is the subject of regulating the market economy, which will come into effect on July 1 this year.
