【摘要】：正一、我国公司特征及状况随着经济全球化的不断推进,绿色公司规模也随之不断壮大,企业作为社会中的一个重要角色,其影响已经超出了经济范畴,对国家乃至世界的可持续发展也产生着深远的影响。企业社会责任的概念正在不断的颠覆以"股东利益至上"的传统价值观念,在欧美许多发达国家甚至已经把企业社会责任上升到了战略性管理层面。在我国对企业社会责任的研究及重视程度正在不断加强。我国施行的新《公司法》就是一部强调企业社会责任的
[Abstract]:First, with the development of economic globalization, the scale of green companies is growing. As an important role in society, the influence of green companies has gone beyond the scope of economy. The sustainable development of the country and even the world also has a profound impact. The concept of corporate social responsibility is constantly subverting the traditional value of "shareholder interests first". In many developed countries in Europe and America, corporate social responsibility has even been raised to the level of strategic management. In our country, the research on corporate social responsibility and the degree of attention are being strengthened. The New Company Law implemented in China is one that emphasizes corporate social responsibility.
